• Start googling! Don’t be embarrassed to look up the
most basic questions. • Engrain yourself in the communities. ◦ Reddit, Quora, Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, Slack communities ◦ Comment sections of blog posts, Reddit threads + Youtube videos are gold.
• Read, listen, sign-up for anything related. • Learn the
vernacular. Don’t gloss over words/ phrases you don’t know. Look them up.
and test, test, test Brand Awareness $1/day Low CPM (for
now) Great for small business apps
Site Speed • Your website provides easy conversions (even if
you’re an app) • Aesthetics are great - but don’t sacrifice speed • Use easy tools, such as Google PageSpeed Insights
• Sell your brand and mission. Don’t only show off
your product. • Use B2B in addition to consumer-facing • Cross-post (i.e. Link an Instastory to a Youtube video)
• Where is your audience engaging with the brand (but
not the product)? • Where are people converting? • How - and where - are they sharing feedback?
• Build audiences and use engage them through the funnel.
• Skipping to “conversion” will increase CPI/CPA • Ignoring “loyalty” (engagement for apps) will hurt retention
