    systems and lets anyone build low-cost financial products for their community.

  15. good news! good stories are the sum of many technical

    decisions.

  16. high-impact, low-cost ways to get started

  17. Be collaborative. Think about content from the beginning.

  18. Banish lorem ipsum. Iterate linguistically as you iterate visually.

  19. Get rid of words. Half as long, twice as good.

  20. Develop a coherent voice. Your product should always sound like

    your product.

  21. Pay careful attention to design elements you might gloss over.
