A lot of people have a broken understanding when it comes to sex and singleness. God has a plan and purpose for sex. It ultimately must bring him glory.

S E X , F O R N I C AT I O N & S E X U A L I M M O R A L I T Y • Sex- covenantal sexual intercourse that occurs between two spouse of the opposite sex. • Fornication- voluntary sexual intercourse that occurs between two people of the opposite sex. • Sexual Immorality- a surrendering of sexual purity • Sexual Perversion- voluntary and/or involuntary experience with unnatural forms of sex.
6. S E X , F O R N I C AT I O N & S E X U A L I M M O R A L I T Y • Masturbation- self-sexual stimulation of penis/ vagina • Sensuality- Devotion to gratifying bodily appetites; free indulgence in carnal pleasures. • Homosexuality- sexual attraction to a person of the same sex.

C H R I S T I A N S A R E H AV I N G S E X ! • 80 percent of unmarried evangelical young adults have had sex. • 64 percent have done so within the last year and 42 percent are in a current sexual relationship. • 65 percent of the women obtaining abortions identify themselves as either Protestant (37 percent) or Catholic (28 percent). • Christians ages 18 and 29 are almost as sexually active as their non-Christian peers.

S E X U A L P E R V E R S I O N • About one in 10 children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday. • Nearly 70% of all reported sexual assaults (including assaults on adults) occur to children aged 17 and under • Of children who are SEXUALLY ABUSED 20% are abused before the age of 8.

S E X U A L P E R V E R S I O N • Approximately 40 million people in the United States are sexually involved with the internet. • 2.5 billion emails per day are pornographic. • 25 percent of all search engine requests are pornography-related. • 72 million internet users visit pornography web sites per year • 43% of all internet users view pornographic material 1 out of 3 are female.
