3. WILLIAM GARSIDE President and Financial Director William founded Night Shift Entertainment in 1992. In its infancy, William employed a management philosophy based on integrity and trust. Today, through commitment and teamwork, those same values continue to define the company. He has created a strong management team and is able to identify and recruit incredible musical talent. William holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a self-confessed mountain biking and wine enthusiast.
