We  Pay  You  To  Collect  Pa@ent  Surveys     Easy  system  where  you  or  your  staff   provides  short  one  page  surveys  to  pa3ents   that  you  provide  back  to  us.  This  informa3on   is  then  u3lized  by  us  in  Popula3on  Sampling.   hIp://www.schedulemorepa@ents.com/employment.html

We  Train  &  Support  You     We  educate  and  train  you  and  your  staff  on  the   process  of  distribu3ng  the  Pa3ent  Surveys.     These  Pa3ent  Surveys  are  used  for  Popula3on   Sampling  which  allow  us  to  enhance  our  soHware   applica3ons  for  the  mandated  change  from  ICD-­‐9   to  ICD-­‐10  coming  in  October,  2014.   hIp://www.schedulemorepa@ents.com/employment.html
