  2. FESCO PROPOSES CHANGE IN BOND CIRCULATION The Summa Group’s FESCO

    (Far East Shipping Company) would like to change the terms and conditions on Rouble Bond circulation. They have asked Raiffeisen Bank to officiate communication between themselves and Rouble bond holders during this time. They would like to ammend the circulation of Rouble Bonds in order to optimize their debt maurity profile. At this time, the new parameters on the Rouble Bonds are preliminary but can be changed and recalled at any time by the bond issuer. FESCO is one of Russia’s largest privately-owned logistic and transport companies in Russia. They focus on operations of railway, integrated logistics, shipping and sea ports.   3. NCSP 2015 AGENDA APPROVED Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (known

    as the NSCP) has approved the first 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) agenda for the board of directors. Items will include approval of: • Annual report • Annula financial accounts • Distribution of 2014 profits • Divident payment, timing and amounts for 2014 Election of the Board of Directors and election of audit commission will also occur. Further approval of: • Auditor • Remunermation of non-govenmental service directors • Renumeration of non-government audit commission members • Ammends to charter Summa Group 2015 – Feb – PT1 FESCO – NCSP - STROYNOVATSIYA – INTEX – YATEC – UNITED GRAIN COMPANY
  4. NCSP 2015 AGENDA APPROVED The board of directors of the

    NCSP consists of 7 seats with 1 director elected by government and 6 elected at the AGM. Viktor Olerskiy (Deputy Minister of Transportation) has represented government since 2011.
