Университетская жизнь - это игра с множеством поведенческих стратегий. Они не всегда зависят от преподавателя. Входя в аудиторию, преподаватель также вынужден выбирать стратегии поведения и должен понимать, чем руководствуются студенты при изучении профессии, которая в будущем станет способом зарабатывать на жизнь. Если он поймёт мотивы поведения своих студентов, ему будет гораздо легче удерживать их интерес к процессу обучения и будущей профессии. О том, как мотивировать студентов и поддерживать горящий огонь, и пойдёт речь в нашей беседе.

University life is a game with a multitude of behavioral strategies. These strategies do not always depend on professors. When professors enter the classroom, they also have to choose how to behave and need to understand the students' motives to study the subject area that will enable them to earn their living in the future. If professors understand those, they will find it much easier to keep students' interest in learning and in their future job.
