スマートキッチンの流れの中で、スローで、クリエイティブで自己目的的な料理をどう支援していくか。毎回違う結果が出来上がり、臨機応変なプロセスをとおじて生成的に名前がつく「正解のない料理」についての発表です。

How can we foster creativity and diversity in the kitchen with the trend of smart kitchens? This presentation introduces the idea of the "generative dish," a dish where the dish name is recursively defined by the coincidental ingredients and ideas that happen in an improvised cooking process.
