  1. ICH S8 免疫毒性研究 2 2020/11/22 Ver. 1.0

  2. 追加研究の選択とデザイン 毒性の可能性があれば、追加の免疫毒性研究を行う • 回復過程に関わる細胞、メカニズムを特定する • 臨床使用時のマーカーの選択に関わる

  3. 定量法の選択 以下の測定が推奨される • T細胞依存の免疫応答（TDAR） • 白血球の免疫特性 • non-functional assay ＊non-functional

    assayの詳細は記載されていない

  4. 実験系のデザイン げっ歯類での毎日投与での28日間研究が標準的 • 測定法の最適化は非げっ歯類で行う • 標準毒性試験に従った用量・用法で行う • 高用量ではNOAEL以上の量を用いる • 用量は複数使用することが推奨される

    ＊NOAEL: NO Observed Adverse Effect Level

  5. 追加研究の評価と更なる追加研究 追加研究で十分な結果が得られたかを評価する • 追加研究で十分な場合は追加研究は必要としない • リスク評価できても結果が十分でなければ追加研究を行う

  6. 免疫毒性研究を実施する時期 第3相臨床試験までに追加研究での評価を終える • 臨床で免疫システムを調べてもよい • 免疫不全患者を対象にする場合は開発の早い時期に行う
