硫酸塩試験法は、医薬品に含まれる硫酸塩の限度試験です。硫酸バリウムの生成にともなう白色沈殿の発生を標準液と比較することで、試料に含まれる硫酸塩が規格より少ないことを確認します。

  1. 日本薬局方－一般試験法 1.14 硫酸塩試験法 2020/6/18 Ver. 1.0

  2. 硫酸塩試験法 医薬品に含まれる硫酸塩の限度試験 • 硫酸塩をSO 4 の量として％で表す • 硫酸バリウムの白色沈殿の発生で調べる

  3. 操作法 試料を溶かして、塩酸バリウム試液を加える • 比較液として0.005mol/L硫酸を用いる • ネスラー管に試料を取り、水で40mLにして溶かす • 希塩酸1mLと水を加えて50mLにする • 塩化バリウム2mLを加えて混和する

    • 10分放置した後、黒色背景で観察する
