I do want you to think about who you're asking for help before you start, because you want to make sure that it's somebody that you trust, you feel comfortable, asking them for help. They don't necessarily have to have ADHD, they don't necessarily have to be someone who's neurotypical. If you don't have somebody in your circle, who you feel you can ask for help, you can post in our free Facebook community, you can book a one on one time with me like there are plenty of ideas to get some outside opinions. But I do want you to take a moment and ask for outside help. One, it's a good practice for us, because we generally hate asking for help, maybe that's just me. But I want someone else to help you because an outside perspective will take a look at it and be like, hey, Patricia, like one, maybe you did a really great job probably did, they're also going to see some holes that you didn't see, they're going to see just places that you haven't thought of. So getting that outside help will allow you to make a few more adjustments to better fit you and your family before you go into actually sticking it into Alexa. Patricia Sung 01:13 Now keep in mind that you don't have to do whatever that person tells you. If you know in your gut, that that's not a good idea. Don't do it. So still trust that gut inside like just you, you know what's best for you and your family. Right. But that outside opinion will see a few things that you want. For me this usually looks and how I guesstimate how long things will take. So I always well, not always I really should do it more check with my husband to see if I made an accurate assumption on my time because usually I did not. And usually he laughs because it's wildly inaccurate. But having that outside view is like, Hey, I know you think that you can just stick on shoes and walk to the car and be out in three minutes. So this and that all sudden were like 15 minutes when I budgeted free. So that outside perspective will allow you to
