  2. A goal without a measurable outcome is like a sports

    competition without a scoreboard or scorekeeper
  3. Attainable if the goal is not realistic, you may be

    setting yourself up for failure
  4. An attainable goal should be realistic, but challenging, and include

    a plan that breaks into smaller, manageable action steps. Dream big and aim for the stars but keep one foot firmly based in reality
  5. The timeline may vary by weeks, months or years depending

    on your goal, but a defined timeline is vital in order for you to commit to the goal
  6. PLAN Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results

    in accordance with the expected output (the target or goals)
  7. DO Implement the plan, execute the process, make the product.

    Collect data for charting and analysis in the following "CHECK" and "ACT" steps
  8. CHECK Study the actual results and compare against the expected

    results. Look for deviation in implementation from the plan and also look for the appropriateness and completeness of the plan to enable the execution
  9. ACT If the CHECK shows that the PLAN that was

    implemented in DO is an improvement to the prior standard, then that becomes the new standard for how the organization should ACT going forward
  10. CI will acquire at least three new customers (1 medium,

    2 small size) that will be using the UX/UI, Product Management or eMarketing Services in this quarter. Based on a very attractive and valuable offer of services packages that will be offering using services study cases.
