  1. Calmness  A soft smile on the teacher’s face, her

    soft movements;  her soft voice and rhythmical but not very fast speech;  a pupils’ usual position on the chairs, hands on knees.
  2. Confidence Non-semantic  Accept the answer.  Give the right

    variant. Semantic  Pretend you get it as it is.  Carry it to the point of absurdity.  Let the child think it was his or her joke.
  3. Confidence  Gestures  Yes! You are right! Great! You

    can do it!  High five! We’ve done it!
  4. Surprise  Something hidden. A bag. A box. A shawl.

    A door.  I won’t tell you! That’s a secret! Guess! Here’s magic!  Gesture. Mimics.
  5. Empathy - is the ability to feel what others are

    feeling.  Affective empathy refers to the feelings we feel, when we observe or sense other people’s emotions.  Cognitive empathy is the ability to identify and understand the emotions of someone else.
  6. Empathy join - remain detached - able to reflect and

    act in order to help the guest We show that every problem can be solved if you stop crying and start acting.
