  2. ガイドラインの概要 薬物動態における組織への分布の研究について • 薬物・代謝物の動態、機能部位の理解に重要 • 毒性・薬理学研究のデザイン構築に有用 • 多回投与での動態研究の方法を提供する

  3. 多回投与を考慮する状況 以下の状況では単回投与だけでなく、多回投与も実施する • 組織での半減期が血漿より明らかに長いとき • 多回投与での血中濃度が単回より明確に高いとき • 多回投与時に組織に病理症状が見られたとき • 部位特異的な薬物輸送を用いる場合

  4. 多回投与試験のデザインと実施 放射性同位体などを用いた感度の高い方法を用いる • 適した用量、動物種を用いて実施する • 投与期間は単回投与の動態を基に決定する • 投与期間は1~3週で、血中濃度の安定を基に決める • 過剰蓄積が起こる器官での薬物代謝を調べる
