2. Hello, I’m Laura Kalbag and this writing is quite small. And light.
4. what is accessibility?
5. accessibility is more than just wheelchairs and screen readers
6. accessibility is the degree to which a product is available to as many people as possible.
7. accessible design universal design inclusive design

12. it’s not an exciting tool or technique
13. is it because we don’t understand who we’re trying to help?
14. is it because we just don’t know what to do?
15. is it because it’s too hard, and there’s too much to think about?

17. it’s not fair if a product isn’t accessible

24. visual
25. hearing
26. motor
27. cognitive
28. simple usability goals
29. visual make it easy to read
30. hearing make it easy to hear
31. motor make it easy to interact
32. cognitive make it easy to understand and focus
33. consider accessibility at every point of planning
34. accessibility is functionality, content hierarchy, copy, visual design, code, and how you speak to your audience
35. accessibility as default, as part of universal design
36. accessibility is easy to consider once you start caring about it
