Welcome back to module three, and we're talking about our first activity, which is your top three obstacles. Patricia Sung 00:07 Now, we've been talking about all kinds of things that can derail us in our day. And I want you to think about what are the three obstacles that really irked you, what are the things that really frustrate you are the ones you like, I really want to deal with this, because it's, it's really a struggle for me. Or maybe it's something that you just deal with a lot. And so knowing that you could have that thing sorted out, would really like lighten your load. So let's aim for three. Patricia Sung 00:32 Now, if you are like, on it, you can go as far down this path as you want. Because, you know, if you want to just brain dump all the things that are frustrating you and getting you off track in your day, go for it, but that's gonna feel overwhelming for a lot of us. So I want you to take it back and just start with three right now. And look at what are the patterns? Where do you see that in your day where the you know, whether that, you know, the ones that stick out for me, or like, you know, when my kid has a meltdown around the same time every day, and the things like, you know, ways that your spouse comes in and derails the plan. Patricia Sung 01:13 You know, a lot of us have been dealing with spouses who are now working from home, and they used to be out of the house. So dealing with something like that, because our relationships are always going to be most important. So finding solutions for relationship problems. And how
  2. we can work together best as a family is always

going to be higher on the priority list placed for me. And also things that maybe it's something that's just like really easy to solve, but is irking you. So something that you feel like you know what, I that's an easy win for me, I can knock that out quickly. Maybe aim for one of those in there so that you can get that quick win and then be like, Alright, got some momentum here. Patricia Sung 01:51 Okay, so, go for three, three things that are frustrating you that you would like to start to brainstorm some ideas for looking at what the pattern is, as they're brainstorming a solution now, you are welcome to share it in the post in the group that's top three obstacles. I also would love for you to comment on others if they're looking for feedback, and share what's worked for you. Patricia Sung 02:16 When we when all the ADHD brains come together and we can offer solutions. It's just so comforting to know like, you're not the only one and and you never know like someone else that may or may have already walked through this and can help you with something far quicker than you struggling with it on your own. Patricia Sung 02:37 And of course, on our Wednesday meeting, this is a great time for you like I just I cannot figure out what to do about this. Come to the Wednesday meeting and let's talk about it. Let's brainstorm ideas as a group. And of course let's plan for when you're going to watch your next set of videos. Patricia Sung 02:53 Okay. I will talk to you soon successful mama with a few more things for here in module three.
