  2. 湿式造粒: スケールアップ 仕込み量を変更すること • スケールアップ前と後で造粒物を同等とする • 無次元の指標＊を一致させるよう設計するとよい • 遠心力と壁による圧密を考慮に入れる必要がある Developing

    Solid Oral Dosage Formsより ＊フルード数、レイノルズ数、ニュートンなどの流体力学や力学のパラメータを重視すると良いようだ

  3. 湿式造粒: スケールアップ 仕込み量を変更すること • フルード数はスケールとともに下がる傾向にある • 機器ごとにパラメータをあらかじめ計算しておくとよい • 造粒時にかかる力は羽根の速度と大きさに依存する Developing
