Simple Morning Routine SUMMARY KEYWORDS order, rough draft, waking, adhd, brush, abyss, toothbrush, kids, downstairs, upstairs, leave, bedroom, chronological order, place, group, transition, stone, kitchen, talk, teeth SPEAKERS Patricia Sung Patricia Sung 00:00 All right, our next step is to put all of these things in the order that they are going to happen in the morning. So starting off with the waking up, and moving everything around so that we go in order of how it's actually going to happen. And I want you to think about as you're ordering it, you know, obviously, there's some things like, some people really want their kids to brush their teeth after they eat. Some people don't care, like, does that account into your chronological order? Things like, can you group things together by location so that they are more efficient. Patricia Sung 00:30 So for example, you know, having a toothbrush downstairs, so that your kids can brush their teeth, right by the kitchen, rather than sending upstairs and like losing them in the abyss? Who knows how long that takes, right? How can you create these things in groups where they'll be closer together? And all those things can get done in one place at one time? Because that transition for ADHD is hard. So it's like once we leave the bedroom, like, do we have to go back there? Is there any way we can avoid not going back there that may be you know, something to consider as you're putting things into order. And we'll talk more about that in the next video right now. Do that rough draft know that this is not like set in stone, you're probably gonna change at 16 more times. So don't think too much about it. Just put it in order as best you can. We're going to make changes again later. So don't stress about it.
