We're gonna talk about how do we actually make this happen? What does this look like for you? Patricia Sung 00:08 I want you to look at your foundational schedule and figure out what are the anchors that you're going to choose for number 234, and five here, what is going to be your morning, midday, afternoon or evening and nighttime anchors that make sense for your family in the season that you're in. So this activity means you're going to look at your financial schedule and just look at the patterns. You know, we already talked about this a little bit in module two. And name those anchors numbers two through five. So you have four anchors to describe. And I want you to think about how long does that anchor task take, not just that it takes time. But like the prep do, and then resetting that we're talking more about that in a second. Patricia Sung 00:53 This is a first draft and you're probably not going to be right in your estimations because we have generally speaking pretty terrible time estimation abilities. But again, like let's just pick something and figure it out whether or not we're right or wrong, and then we'll adjust. Patricia Sung 01:06 Okay, if you would please post those in describe your anchors so that the other Mama's can see. And obviously, we all have kids in different age brackets. And you know, making breakfast for small kids is going to be a different timeframe than big kids. But it will help us all to start to see those patterns. Because if we can see that a lot of moms have like breakfast time, that's
  2. this long. And our estimate is this long. We're like,

    Ooh, maybe I need to back it up. Or, you know, and it could be that like your kids are fast eaters, and another family has really slow eaters. It's just a good information to see and take in.
