step 1:create a Kanban board
Kanban is a methodfor managingknowledge workwith an emphasis onjust-in-time delivery

step 2:create topics**one topic per Post-itⓇ
anyone cansuggest a topic
a topic shouldbe relevantto the meeting
a topic could be apresentation, a demo, apitch, or an openquestion
step 3:introduce the topics
step 4:vote!**two votes each
step 5:prioritise!
fill the to dosection, sorted bynumber of votes
step 6:action!
move the firsttopic to doing
start a timerfor eight minutes
start the topic
when the timer is up,take a Roman vote
mostly thumbs up?put anotherfour minuteson the timer
mostly thumbssideways?put anothertwo minuteson the timer
mostly thumbs down?move the topic to done,and select a new topicfrom to do
