2. NCSP Adjusts Executive Members Board Summa Group subsidiary NCSP has made some changes to their board of directors. As of the 1st October 2014, recently appointed CEO Sultan Batov has now been included on the executive board while former CEO Turiy Matvienko, Alexander Ryzhkov and Alexey Knyazev have been excluded. The PJSC NCSPs Executive Board now consists of the following 4 members: • Sultan Batov as CEO and General Director • Igor Terentyev as Executive Director • Eduard Borovok as Legal Director • German Kachan as Chief Accountant. 3. Summa Group Appoints New President Summa News – Oct 2014 – PT1 The Summa Group has appointed a new president as of 1st October, 2014. Vladimir Kayashev has taken over the role from Alexander Vinokurov. After more than 3 years, former Summa Group president Alexander Vinokurov has left his position at the group. Chairman of the Summa Group Board of Directors, Ziyavudin Magomedov, commented on the change, stating that Vinokurov had put the group on the right course with an effective development strategy. During his time the Summa Group had completed numerous important transactions and developed relationships with new structures. During Vinokurov’s management, the Summa Group completed various important deals including: • Acquisition of shares in FESCO •Acquisition of shares in OJSC United Grain Company •Implemented effective corporate development strategies for the Group. Vinokurov will continue to contribute to many Summa Group projects including construction of the Bolshoy Zarubino Port in the Far East.

Victor Rassadin Receives Prize from YATEC Summa News – Oct 2014 – PT1 Summa Group subsidiary YATEC has awarded Victor Rassadin, winner of the VII International Wrestling Tournament, a special prize for winning the championship. Rassadin won the ‘up to 57kg’ weight category in the event held in Yakutsk in early October. The championship is held in memory of legendary wrestling coach Dmitry Korkin. YATEC has awarded Rassadin 100 000 roubles. Rassadin comments on the prize, “Where to spend the hundred thousand, I do not know!” Director General of JSC YATEC, Zairbek Kamilevich Yusupov, comments on the prize, “Our company pays special attention to the development of sports in Yakutia. We are happy to contribute to the organisation of sporting events as well as support the athletes.” He goes on to comment on the fact that the group has supported Rassadin throughout his development as an athlete and will continue to do so. This is the motivation behind creating the Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company young athlete prize which Rassadin recently won.
