T3CON24: Crafting Tomorrow's Tech Talent

T3CON24: Crafting Tomorrow's Tech Talent

The web has evolved rapidly over the past 20 years, and the pace of change will only accelerate. In this talk, Martin from mittwald and Maxi from codefryx will explore the past, present, and future of the web, and especially the people that make it run. Drawing on personal experiences, they’ll discuss how DevOps, platform engineering and SRE are reshaping the tech landscape and the skills needed for the next generation of IT professionals.

Maxi will introduce codefryx, a program aimed at identifying and fostering tech talent in children and teens, preparing them to become creators—not just consumers—of tomorrow’s technology. The talk will also offer practical steps for companies to support young talent through partnerships, internships, and educational initiatives.

Together, Martin and Maxi will provide insights into the future of tech roles and share how businesses can invest in the development of the next generation of innovators.
