I Patricia Sung. And in this module, we're doing our frequently asked questions. I'm going to record all these videos in short chunks so that if this is a question that you have, you can watch the video if you're like, hey, that doesn't apply to me, I don't need to know more stuff on that, then you can skip that one. So everyone in this module is optional. Just pick the ones that are things that you struggle with, that you're worried about. And these are all just little bonus extra information, should you want that. Patricia Sung 00:39 The first thing we're going to talk about is just some quick answers on I call them fast answers, or something. Questions that I can answer really quickly, I'm gonna run through in this intro video, and then all the rest will be separated out. So the first one is, how can I break my cycle of being chronically late? Is that even possible? And the is that lies in this other question that I get a lot is how long does something even take me? Like, how do I know? Patricia Sung 01:11 We've already done podcast episodes on this single listen to episode 10, which is how to be less late. Or Episode 65, which is the peaceful mamas guide, the disorganized moms guide to a peaceful morning, we talk about getting things ready for the next day. And in really, in the next cycle of being late boils down to one, we don't think further far enough ahead to get ready. So we don't think automatically of the preparation part. And then, too, we just have a terrible sense of time. So there's plenty of ideas there on how to work on that, but at first glance, is just pick a time that you think it's going to take and then double it because you probably first time does that. 2. Patricia Sung 01:54 So my estimation skills go or help

ask for help have a friend to give you an estimate of how long that thing would roughly take you and you can start from there and then adjust. So check out episodes 10 or 65 other podcasts and that will give you more information on those two questions that are kind of that go hand in hand. And then the second quick question that I want to answer is, what do you actually put in your calendar? Do you put reoccurring items or just the one off items, and in this case, you want to put anything that is time sensitive, anything that matches up to a specific time that it must happen? That should be in your calendar. Patricia Sung 02:31 So if you're if you do swim lessons every Tuesday at 10am, those should be in your calendar because at 10am You have to be in a specific place at a certain time. That's it my reminder to take my medicine which is a video I'm going to do in just a moment about timers. So anything that has to be a specific time, it goes in your calendar, no matter how often you do it happens at a certain time, put in your calendar. Okay, so check out each individual individual video and see which of these frequently asked questions will help you out.
