  1. 日本薬局方－一般試験法 6.04 制酸力試験法 2020/6/30 Ver. 1.0

  2. 制酸力とは？ 胃において酸と反応する医薬品の制酸作用 • 胃薬に適用されると思われる • 1gの有効成分が中和する0.1mol/L塩酸の量で示す • 製剤では1日服用量が中和する塩酸の量で示す

  3. 試料の調整法 製剤では、20分包を試料として用いる • 有効成分（原体と呼ばれている）はそのまま使用 • 顆粒剤は1日服用量を使用 • カプセル・錠剤は1日服用量を粉末にする • 液体は混ぜてそのまま試料とする

  4. 操作法 塩酸で中和後、塩酸の残分を水酸化ナトリウムで滴定する • 試料に0.1mol/L塩酸100mLを加える • 37±2℃で1時間振り混ぜ、ろ過する • ろ液50mLを0.1mol/L水酸化ナトリウムで滴定する＊ （終点のpH: 3.5）
